Breast reduction, also called reduction mammaplasty, is designed to relieve the physical discomfort often associated with very large breasts and enhance the overall appearance of your breasts. The procedure removes the excess breast tissue and skin, making your breasts smaller and firmer. The areola (the pigmented skin surrounding the nipple) may be reduced and repositioned. Following breast reduction, your breast will be more proportional to the rest of your body, and your clothes will fit much better. 

Breast lift surgery, also called mastopexy, removes excess breast skin to raise, reshape and firm your breasts. The nipples and areolas (the pigmented skin surrounding the nipples) are repositioned and the areolas sometimes may be reduced in size. If desired, implants may be inserted in conjunction with a breast lift to increase breast volume. Patients who are generally satisfied with the size of their breasts can have a breast lift to raise and firm them, resulting in a more youthful breast contour.

Deep frown lines often identify the aging face across the brow and between the eyebrows. Often, the eyebrows have sagged, this creates a look of unhappiness or dissatisfaction. The browlift will elevate the area above the brows and weaken the muscles that cause furrows on the forehead and between the eyes. The result is a smoother, more youthful forehead and eyes that appears more open. 

Every incision leaves a scar, however, with endoscopic surgery your scars are likely to be hidden. Three to five very short (approximate 1-cm) incisions are made, usually behind the hairline. An endoscope, which is a pencil like camera device is inserted through one of the incisions. 

Aging, due to gravity, exposure to sunlight and stresses of daily life can be seen in your face (loss of skin elasticity and tissue strength, deep crease forms between the nose and mouth and the jawline grows slack and jowly).

A facelift technically known as rhytidectomy can stop these aging processes by removing excess fat, tightening underlying muscles and redraping the skin of your face and neck. It can be performed alone, or in conjunction with other procedures such as an eyelid surgery, nose reshaping or forehead lift. 

The candidates for lip augmentation are those who desire to have youthful and fuller lips. The lip gradually decreases in volume with aging. As the volume of the lips decreases, the red part of the lip tends to be less prominent. Lip Augmentation can increase your lip volume or decrease lip length (allows more of red part of lip to show). By making a small incision at the red part of the lip, fat, fascia or synthetic material is inserted through a small tunnel that is made between incisions. When healing is completed, the incisions are generally not visible.

Over time, the collagen levels in our skin decrease and facial expressions cause wrinkles or frown lines to form. For years, scientists have been trying to invent a procedure that replaces or fills in the voids (wrinkles) from this missing collagen. Wrinkle correction can now be performed by a simple injection. The procedure will take only few minutes and the result can be seen in few days.
