Purchase Procedure, Cancellation Policy and Disclaimer

The information you enter is encryption before being dispatched securely over the internet.

Payment can be made by credit card (Visa and Master card) via SSL secure online payment.
All purchases can not be redeemed for cash and refund.
This e-promotion can not be combined with any promotion of the hospital.
After your purchase is confirmed, we will email a confirmation to you and please print the confirmation to present up our staff at lobby of the hospital and on check-in at the hotel in case that you purchase “Buy 1 Get 1 Night” package. *Guest check-in with ID card or passport is required.
You need to contact Hotel for booking and reservation 7 days in advance before check-in date by referring your full name and reference number of the confirmation. Any change or cancellation of booking must be made 3 days in advance before check-in date.
Please present up the confirmation to our staff at the hospital and the hotel before claiming the privileges.
All privileged are valid from now until May 31, 2008. Only “Buy 1 Get 1 Night” is valid until July 31, 2008.
**The hospital is reserved all rights to change any privileges without prior notice.

Hotels

Hotels listed on our portals are chosen by taking into consideration their classification and location. However as we do not own or control the accommodation, we exclude liability for subsequent alterations and the withdrawal or amendment of facilities. Please contact hotels directly for room reservation.

CANCELLATIONS:

Cancellation of the purchase shall be made within 24 hours and send to info@bangkokpattaya.com or call 038 259 999.

Basically, the purchase is non-refundable. However, there may be a partial refund depending on the situation and agreement.
